  1.      Separate item wise Global Tender Documents will be issued from Stores Office against written request on company's letterhead by paying Tender Fee in form of DD on all working days between 1415 to 1615 hrs.

2.      Tender document will be issued free of cost to vendors registered with LASTEC and Foreign vendors who download the tender forms from the web site.

3.     EMD is not required from those foreign vendors who quote directly and from Registered Indian Vendors/ registered authorized reps of foreign vendors (registered with DGS&D / NSIC / SSIs / DRDO Labs / Estts/ any other Govt. Department).  However, all other unregistered Indian Vendors/ unregistered authorized reps of foreign firms are required to submit EMD in the form of demand Draft as shown in our tender notice and should be enclosed with the price bid, which will be opened during the TPC/NC. The tenderers will certify in the Techno- Commercial bid that Earnest Money Deposit has been enclosed in the price bid. However, if Earnest Money Deposit is not found enclosed with the price bid when opened by TPC/NC, such offers would not be considered by TPC/NC and would be treated as technically rejected.

4.      Tender Documents can also be obtained by post, if requested. However, late /delayed tenders, for whatever reason will not be entertained.

5.      Demand Drafts: DD for tender fee (non-refundable) and EMD should be crossed and made in favour of “Director, LASTEC, Delhi –110054 (India)” from a Nationalized / Scheduled Banks.

6.      Copies of Global Tender Documents can also be obtained from Technical Adviser (Defence) High Commission of India, India House, Aldwych London WC2B 4NA, U.K. and Adviser (Defence Technology) Embassy of India, 2107, Massachusetts Avenue N Washington DC-20008, USA. Foreign vendors may directly obtain copies from Embassies or download from web site.

7.      Indian Representative can obtain tender documents, by paying tender fee, on behalf of their Foreign Principals but the foreign supplier must submit the tender. No Indian or foreign agents of any firm will be entertained.

8.      Indian firms are requested to quote in Rupees Only.

9.      Director, LASTEC, Delhi reserves the right to accept / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons, whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest tender.

10.  This Tender Notice, Tender Forms, Schedule of Requirement, Specifications etc. are available on DRDO web site: http://www.drdo.org/. Venders using downloaded tender forms must submit a separate tender fee by DD alongwith the Techno-Commercial Bid (see also 2 above).
