            The Director, D.M.R.L., Hyderabad on behalf of the President of India, invites sealed quotations from the Foreign / Indian Manufacturers or their Authorised Dealers or Indian Liaison Offices of Foreign Manufacturers  for supply of the following stores/equipments

 Note:

 1.        Tender documents including detailed Specifications / Scope of supply/work  can be had from the     Director, DMRL, PO: Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad – 500 058 on written request with Tender Number and submission of non-refundable, crossed Demand Draft on any Scheduled Bank towards cost of Tender Documents, in favour of “The Director, DMRL, Hyderabad”, payable at “Hyderabad”.  The last date for  issue of  Tender  Documents  in  respect  of Sl. No: 01 & 02 above is: 03-08-2006 , in respect of Sl. No: 03 above is: 10-08-2006.

2.       The Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited by Due Date and time i.e. by 1200 Hrs. (IST) of respective tender's due date.  Late/Delayed Tenders, for whatever reasons, will not be entertained.

3.         Tenders will be opened on Tender Opening Date & Time mentioned against each tender above or at the same time on next working day if Tender Opening Day happens to be a closed holiday.

4.         Tender Documents can be had by post or in person.  Visiting Hours: 14.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. on all working days. 

5.         Director, DMRL, Hyderabad reserves the right to cancel/amend the Tender/Invitation at any stage/time without assigning any reasons and without any obligations on the part of DMRL.

6.         Tender Documents can also be had by down loading from our Website for which, cost of Tender Documents in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Director, DMRL, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad from any Scheduled Bank has to be submitted along with Techno-Commercial Bid failing which, the quotation will be rejected.

7.         Firms seeking tender documents by post may write on the top of their cover as: ‘Request for Tender Documents'.  But do not write any tender number or due date on the top of the cover.

8.         Firms registered with any one Laboratory/Establishment of DRDO are exempted from paying the   

            cost of  Tender Documents.  However, a copy of valid registration certificate has to be enclosed to     

            their requisition for tender documents.
